BrandMyStadium is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any football club, stadium operator or league.

An advertising placement on the facade of a 3D stadium rendered on this website: one of 50 spots. Your logo (taken from your website) is displayed on the spot; visitors who click it can open your website or pay more to take the spot. The placement lasts until another advertiser pays more for the same spot — there is no fixed term and no deadline.

• Each spot has a starting price. To take a spot, you must pay more than its current holder: at least $1 more under $10, $5 more under $50, $10 more above.
• You pay the full amount by card. Once the payment succeeds your logo goes live immediately and you become the holder of the spot.
• You hold the spot until someone pays more. When that happens your placement ends and your payment is not refunded — you may pay more to take the spot back.
• Payments are final. The only exceptions: (a) a higher payment was confirmed while yours was being processed, in which case you are refunded in full; (b) we remove your content under section 5, in which case we refund you.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Prices are in US dollars. Stripe's payment receipt serves as your invoice; a VAT invoice can be requested by email. Refunds, when they apply (section 3), go back to the original card within 5–10 business days.

Logos and websites are checked after going live and may be removed (with a full refund) if they are illegal, adult, hateful, misleading, infringe third-party rights, or promote gambling, tobacco, weapons or financial scams. You warrant that you own the rights to the logo and website you submit.

We store the website, brand name and logo you submit, the email address you give Stripe at checkout, and the payment status. They are used only to run the auction, display winning logos, send transactional emails and comply with accounting obligations. Data is hosted by Vercel and Neon (EU/US) and kept for as long as your placement is active plus the legal retention period for accounting records.

You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by emailing contact@brandmystadium.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or your local data-protection authority.

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. A single technical cookie is set only when an administrator signs in.
